There are many interrelated factors that contribute to your workplace culture, as I have previously outlined. The biggest risk factor to your workplace culture is inappropriate workplace conduct, such as bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Employers and managers are responsible for seeing the red flags and mitigating the risks of inappropriate workplace conduct.
