Our Personal Leadership session covers DISC behavioural profiling, which is used to identify particular behavioural styles and preferred communication styles. This data helps you understand your strengths and limitations, and practice behavioural flexibility to bring out the best in communications with other people. When putting a team together, your ability to read or assess other people’s preferred styles can help you achieve the right balance and diversity for optimal teamwork and productivity.
